Let’s Start Cooking!
- Start by boiling the spaghetti pasta in hot water with a pinch of salt. Maintain medium-high heat in a saucepan filled with water.
- Add the spaghetti pasta and a pinch of salt to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Boil the spaghetti pasta until it reaches the biting consistency.
- Strain the water and run cold water over the cooked spaghetti pasta to stop the cooking process.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pasta and set it aside.
- The Tomato Basil Sauce is the next step. Place the tomatoes in a pressure cooker, cut them in half, and place the tomatoes in the pressure cooker.
- Allow for one whistle of pressure cooking for the tomatoes.
- After the first whistle, immediately release the pressure and let the tomatoes cool.
- Drain the water from the tomatoes once they have cooled. Remove the skins from the tomatoes and blend the pulp into a smooth puree in a mixer grinder.
- When the puree is ready, remove it from the heat. Set this aside for now.
- Add the carrots and capsicum at this point and roast the vegetables until soft and cooked through.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato puree, basil leaves, red chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper, and bring to a rapid boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the tomato basil sauce and mix well.
- Stir in the cream and continue to stir fry.
